The place was peaceful and fairly clean. Tastefully decorated, functional rooms with bunk beds. - Unbeatable position. - Good overall experience.

Mold smell in the room. No air conditioning. Corridor has a prison atmosphere thanks to steel doors. Location in the industrial area

The staff here were really helpful and excellent, the room was nicely decorated and had useful amenities like coffee and an air conditioner, plus they offered us great free Wi-Fi services.

Staff at reception recommended a good restaurant in the old town

Noisy neighbours in the room next door playing loud music at 3am. No answer from reception when we tried to call them. Rooms were grotty with 1 towel for 2 people.

New-fashioned room and decent sized with 2 twin beds. A nice enough area, particularly good and absolutely perfect location close enough to well placed for autoroute and Close to retail park.

The staff here were excellent, always courteous, and consistently helpful; the place is nicely decorated, reasonably spacious, with bunk beds.

The food was really good value for money and the staff were excellent, the room was basic but clean and if there had been two pillows each would have been just like home. There was no air conditioning sadly which would have made the whole thing perfect but I would recommend it to anyone.

We needed more pillows and the room was very hot and stuffy. But I would still be happy to go back. It would also help if you put the right address on the website or at least warned us that the address on the booking confirmation was not on gps.

A fair cost/benefit ratio. The room was comfortable and clean, and there was an unexpected luxury, a tub in the bathroom. Breakfast was rather basic, but the dining room is renewed, clean and spacious. The hotel is located about a 5-10-minute-drive from the center of Tours, and it's probably more appropriate for people arriving with their own vehicle. The staff was very nice and helpful and the Wi-Fi functioned perfectly.

The only bothersome thing about this hotel was the odd and sometimes really strong smell of molds and old urine in the upper halway, I think it was from the carpets. The reception closes at 22.30, so make sure you arrive by then on your first day (then you get the code to open the front door at night).

This place has a great location near a tram stop making it convenient for traveling to the city center.

It was easy to find. We have only very basic french skills and it was good that the staff were able to speak basic english - and much appreciated.

I was surprised and disappointed to find no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. At this price in the UK this is standard. I also tried to access the wifi using the information provided by staff but could get no access at all. I didn't try to follow this up due to language.
